Project description

The task of the project is to develop an online store for the Truetone service center to sell Apple devices. The site should be as user-friendly as possible. The main task is “simple” and “convenient,” without unnecessary clicks to find what you need and order in a few steps.

We developed the design of the main page of the site, as well as the catalog page, the page of a separate product, which turned out to be significantly simplified and user-friendly.
We developed a design and online store to sell new and used Apple devices. We created a blog for publications on the site, SEO optimization, and the functionality of integrating the site with the price comparison site Hotline.

Considering that the site is developed on WordPress, the site owner can change all the content independently without contacting programmers.

Forms of communication with site administrators to leave requests that site owners receive by e-mail.

Since this is a type of online store, the functionality with the purchase of goods and the ability to choose the payment option or delivery to the desired address is implemented.

Telegram notifications
After completing the contact form, letters come not only to e-mail but also to the Telegram messenger. Another convenient advantage is that you can create a group and add managers responsible for customers in Telegram. The owner himself can see the number of applications and control their processing.

Website analytics
A required element is that we always connect to the Google Analitycs website; even if the client does not have an account, we will create it ourselves.

Call tracking
In addition to the standard analytics, the tracking of clicks on mobile phones on the site was added. A helpful feature that allows you to track customers who did not leave a request in the contact form but immediately called from the site.

Integration with Hotline service
We implemented synchronization of products with the Hotline service, resulting in products from the site being sent to the service and displayed there.
