The task of the website is to perform all the services provided by the Truetone service center, including placing prices for the repair of all services. And we have perfectly reached this aim!
The client had no design and previous developments regarding the site, so we developed the entire site design, including the selection of colors, the overall style of the site, the choice of fonts, etc.
An additional interesting feature was the development of a calculator for calculating the cost of repair: when you sequentially select first the device and then the breakdown, it gives the price and the application form.

Considering that the site is developed on WordPress, the site owner can change all the content independently, without contacting programmers.

Telegram notifications
After completing the contact form, letters come not only to e-mail but also to the Telegram messenger. Another convenient advantage is that you can create a group and add managers responsible for customers in Telegram. The owner himself can see the number of applications and control their processing.

A required element is that we always connect to the Google Analitycs website; even if the client does not have an account, we will create it ourselves.

Calculation of repair cost
A calculator has been developed that, depending on the selected device and the replacement/repair of the part, will choose the cost of this service. The site administrator indicates the cost, and applications come directly to the telegram group.
